Munsch Hardt is proud to announce the promotion of attorneys Phillip Geheb and Aryn Self to shareholder, effective May 1. Both attorneys work in the Dallas office and are active members of the Real Estate practice group.

Geheb represents private and non-profit developers, financial institutions, and investors in complex real estate and development transactions. He is widely known for his expertise in public-private partnerships that involve EB-5 investments, tax credit finance (historic, New Markets, and low-income housing tax credits), municipal bonds, and traditional equity and debt financing. Geheb specializes in high density mixed-use, hospitality, entertainment, and transit-oriented development projects that require coordination between public bodies, private investors, financial institutions and for-profit and non-profit development partners. A Teach for America alumnus and former Gates Cambridge Scholar, Phill participated in The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) highly selective 2014-2015 Associate Leadership Council and currently serves as the chair of TREC’s Education Committee. As an active contributor to DFWREimagined, he frequently organizes seminars and publishes articles on topics regarding urbanism, developments in Dallas/Fort Worth, sustainability and education reform.
Self’s practice includes all aspects of real estate development, financing and acquisitions, including the acquisition of undeveloped and improved land. She assists clients in all development matters required for their particular projects, and focuses primarily on multi-family development, retail centers and multi-use developments. Self is accustomed to partnering with developers, investors, construction companies, and management companies to address all commercial real estate needs. She also remains active with industry organizations such as The Real Estate Counsel (TREC) and Downtown Dallas, Inc.
