Munsch Hardt Receives Back-to-Back Recognition in The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work

Nov 14, 2014

The Dallas Morning News today named Munsch Hardt among the Top 100 Places to Work 2014 in Dallas/Fort Worth. Munsch Hardt, a full service, mid-sized, commercial law firm, made the Top 100 list for the second year in a row, ranking No. 20 in the Midsize Company category and coming in as the top law firm in the Metroplex.

Munsch Hardt was selected as a Top Place to Work based on an independently conducted, anonymous survey of its employees by The Dallas Morning News’ research partner, Workplace Dynamics. Munsch Hardt’s Dallas-based employees responded to survey questions from six categories - (1) Direction, (2) Execution, (3), Connection, (4) Work/Job Position, (5) Leadership and (6) Pay and Benefits.

“To be chosen for a second consecutive year demonstrates Munsch Hardt’s continuing commitment to create a unique and balanced work environment for our attorneys and staff, and we are extremely proud The Dallas Morning News has recognized the firm's success in fulfilling this commitment,” said Phil Appenzeller, Chief Executive Officer of Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. “An excellent work environment starts with excellent team members. Without the leadership and ambition of all of our employees, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”

This is the sixth annual Top 100 Places to Work survey. Winners were announced during the annual luncheon held on Friday, Nov. 14, at the OMNI Dallas Hotel.
