Shareholders Irina Plumlee, A. As a shareholder in the firm’s Immigration practice, her corporate clients admire her for “anticipating problems before they happen.”
Michael Hainsfurther received accolades from clients who said he “really understands the intersection of transactions and securities law and is very skilled in that area." Hainsfurther has been ranked in Chambers’ corporate section consecutively since 2010 and regularly works with both public and private companies to address their corporate and securities needs. Additionally, he is noted for his accomplishments while representing the Conflicts Committee of Martin Midstream GP LLC, the General Partner of Martin Midstream Partners, for the Drop Down Transaction of Membership Interests in Redbird LLC.
