D Magazine Names Two Munsch Hardt Best Lawyers in Dallas

Two attorneys at Munsch Hardt have been named to the 2012 list of Best Lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine. A. Michael Hainsfurther and D. Ronald Reneker are among those honored.

A. Michael Hainsfurther
Mike is the Section Head of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group, which consists of attorneys in Dallas, Houston and Austin, Texas. Mike's experience includes corporate mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and reorganizations for public and private companies in a variety of industries structured in various forms. He also has significant securities experience including public and private offerings and the related ongoing reporting obligations of public companies, Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) arbitrations, broker/dealer registrations, investment advisor registrations, general corporate experience including the negotiation and preparation of licenses, joint venture, shareholder, employment, distribution, covenants not to compete and trade secret agreements. For many clients Mike functions as an outside General Counsel to help find solutions to their legal issues.

D. Ronald Reneker
During his 40 year career, the primary emphasis of Ron's practice has been business litigation on both sides of the docket. He also handles insurance coverage matters on behalf of both carriers and policyholders, and has often represented lawyers and law firms in matters relating to professional liability and law firm withdrawals and dissolutions. Ron has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases, handled many appeals and served as counsel in arbitrations. In addition, Ron serves as an expert witness in the areas of professional responsibility and attorneys' fees, is an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), is a trained mediator and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs. He has also been a lecturer in law at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
