Munsch Hardt Reelects Callison as CEO, Elects New Vice Chairman and Management Committee Members

Munsch Hardt is pleased to announce the results of the recent firm elections for the CEO, Vice Chairman and Management Committee members.

Glenn B. Callison, was reelected to serve a fourth term as CEO and Phil C. Appenzeller, Jr. was elected to his first term as Vice Chairman. In addition to his duties as CEO and in his Commercial Real Estate practice, Glenn remains active in the North Texas community serving in leadership positions with the Baylor Health Care System, NAIOP and The Real Estate Council. Phil has served as head of the firm's Business Litigation group for the past five years. Phil’s experience involves large commercial litigation. Recently his practice focus has been representing bankruptcy trustees and creditors’ committees in litigation against former officers and directors and other professional advisors of failed companies. Phil has experience in complex commercial litigation, officer and director liability and professional negligence cases, partnership disputes and SEC receiverships. He also recently completed an international arbitration that was pending in Dubai.

The firm also elected four members to serve on the Management Committee. Representing the Dallas office will be Richard O. Kopf, former Vice Chairman and E. Lee Morris. The Austin office will be represented by M'Lou Patton Bell. Management Committee members continuing to serve as Practice Group Leaders include A. Michael Hainsfurther, Corporate & Securities Section; and William (Chip) T. Cavanaugh, Jr., Real Estate Section.
