Overview

Ashley Aten focuses her practice on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as shopping center, office and industrial leasing. She represents landowners, public companies, investors, operators, developers, as well as retailers and their advisors in the acquisition, development, ownership and disposition of retail, multifamily, office and industrial properties in Texas and throughout the United States.

Ashley also represents landlords and tenants in the structuring, preparation and negotiation of retail, industrial and office ground leases, space leases and subleases. In addition, she regularly assists clients in the structuring, negotiation and formation of limited partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and joint ventures to own and invest in real estate assets.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Ashley clerked with the Honorable Jorge Solis at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Eric Moyé at the Dallas County Civil Court, 14th District. Today, she is active in the Dallas Women’s Lawyers Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
