Aynsley’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate and construction litigation, bankruptcy and labor and employment.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Aynsley served as a clerk at several notable law firms throughout Texas, where she drafted and filed petitions, pleadings and motions, as well as conducted in-depth research on various legal issues. While in law school, Aynsley was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and was selected to compete for Baylor University School of Law in a variety of moot court and mock trial competitions.

Experience

  • Construction Arbitration

    Assisted in winning a successful arbitration for a custom home builder. Aynsley prepared our client representative for arbitration and managed exhibits at the arbitration.

  • Motion for New Trial

    Drafted and argued a motion for trial to overturn a default judgment on behalf our client, which resulted in a new trial for our client and, ultimately, the plaintiff’s decision
