Brandon’s practice primarily focuses on real estate law. He offers clients personalized and effective guidance through every stage of a commercial real estate transaction, including the acquisition, disposition, development, construction and financing of multifamily projects and mixed-use developments.

Brandon is a detail-oriented attorney who aims to keep clients informed on opportunities as he works closely with them to understand individual goals and create creative solutions for unique situations. Appreciated as a problem solver, Brandon enjoys placing every client on the best path possible based on their business needs.

Before joining Munsch Hardt, Brandon worked as an Associate in the Dallas office of a corporate law firm in its private wealth and succession planning sections.

Prior to entering law school, Brandon served as a Senior Project Engineer for Balfour Beatty, a multinational infrastructure company that provides general contracting and design-build services for the public and private sector. Through his background in the construction and engineering industries, Brandon offers a unique perspective to clients from which they can benefit greatly.
