Brenna’s practice focuses on general commercial and employment law arbitrations and litigation in state and federal court. She also regularly represents employers in responding to government agency investigations. A substantial portion of her practice consists of giving employers day-to-day operations advice and drafting employment contracts, handbooks and other policies. Brenna regularly takes depositions, argues motions in state and federal court, and has successfully defended clients in numerous jury trials and arbitrations, including actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), Title VII, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), among others.
Since beginning her legal career, Brenna has published various employment law related articles covering a wide range of topics, and has traveled the state speaking to employer groups. Brenna is a member of the University of Houston Law Center Young Alumni Committee and the University of Houston Law Center Upper Level Mentor program.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Brenna worked in both the Labor & Employment Litigation and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups at an international law firm.
