Brooke maintains a diverse real estate and finance practice involving the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of various real estate assets. She regularly advises real estate developers, lenders, institutional investors, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). With projects located throughout the United States, she has worked on complex purchase and sale agreements for office buildings, apartment complexes, industrial properties, shopping centers, and restaurants.
From a leasing perspective, Brooke offers versatile experience, having represented both landlords and tenants, as well as purchasing single tenant assets with leaseback clauses. In addition, she dedicates a significant portion of your practice assisting clients in the formation, restructuring, and termination of real estate joint ventures and other ownership arrangements such as LLC agreements and entity conversions.
