Overview

Caleb maintains a well-rounded commercial real estate practice, with a focus on representing industrial, mixed-use and office clients in a variety of leasing, lending and development matters.  

His leasing practice includes representing both landlords and tenants. He represents multiple institutional property owners and developers, including numerous leasing transactions for more than 100,000 square feet of space. Caleb’s representation of landlords also includes extensive experience in leasing disputes and property management issues. He also represents a wide variety of office, industrial and retail tenants in connection with their leasing needs.

Caleb also represents institutional and non-institutional lenders in construction loans, refinancings, “hard money” lending and bridge lending. His work with lenders extends through all phases of the transaction, including forbearance agreements, foreclosures and deeds in lieu of foreclosure agreements. Caleb’s construction lending practice focuses on urban multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Additionally, Caleb represents investors and developers in raw land acquisition and development of office, industrial and mixed-use projects, including data centers, apartments and commercial business parks.
