Professionalism. Integrity. Responsibility. These are the core values instilled in Chris as an officer in the United States Army, and they are key strengths he brings to his law practice.
Chris specializes in complex commercial bankruptcy matters, representing corporate debtors, official and ad hoc committees, creditors, contract counter-parties, asset purchasers and other parties. He also handles a wide variety of related litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer and preference litigation. Chris has a proven track record of achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, who benefit from his depth of experience, insight, and determination.
During his military career, Chris served as a pilot and executive officer of an air ambulance detachment. He flew more than 200 missions in the United States and Thailand, rescuing and transporting civilian and military patients. He later served as an air planning operations officer in support of the United States Army III Corps, and commanded a medical task force with assets in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.
After witnessing the devastation wrought by Hurricane Harvey, Chris’ strong sense of duty and desire to serve his community led him to volunteer with Team Rubicon, an international disaster response nonprofit organization that unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders to rapidly provide relief to communities in need.
