David’s practice is primarily transactional, including corporate finance, debt restructuring, private equity transactions, contract preparation and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and the acquisition and sale of private entities.
With more than 30 years of both legal and business experience, David has spent the majority of his career managing various business enterprises and entities. Before joining Munsch Hardt, he was a founding partner of SloanMoyer, a law firm that historically represented banks, both publicly- and privately-held companies and other entrepreneurial ventures.
Prior to his legal career, David served as a military policeman and paratrooper in the U.S. Army and worked at Bank of the Southwest in Houston, Texas. David is actively involved in various community support and charitable organizations, with a particular focus on FamilyPoint Resources, a West Houston non-profit helping break the cycles of poverty and fatherlessness in a low income environment.
