Overview

Dennis’s practice primarily focuses on corporate litigation, representing clients in state and federal court in Texas and across the country.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Dennis worked in the Litigation section of a Dallas, Texas-based corporate law firm, where he represented individuals, small businesses and large companies in a wide array of business and commercial disputes in federal and state courts. Prior to that, he practiced law at a full-service, Dallas, Texas-based litigation firm, where he focused primarily on personal injury matters, including defending insurance companies in personal injury, premises liability and trucking/transportation cases.

Dennis’s clients appreciate both his ability to act as an aggressive advocate as well as a wise counsel for their company. He also takes pride in partnering with clients to reach a successful result in the most efficient and cost-effective way.  

Dennis currently serves as Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt's Diversity Committee.
