Donna’s experience includes most aspects of transactional real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and investment in multifamily residences, emergency care facilities, retail centers, and hotels. She handles many facets of the transactions including drafting necessary documentation, preparing checklists, scheduling deadlines and conducting the title/survey review and cure.

Before joining Munsch Hardt, Donna served as part of the in-house legal departments of a major banking institution and a worldwide retail operator.

Drawing on her broad range of experience, Donna provides essential support to the real estate practice and is not daunted by challenging tasks. She also enjoys building relationships with clients, title companies and other real estate service providers.

  • Multifamily Developer

    Assist a prominent multifamily developer in the acquisitions, construction loans and mezzanine and equity financing for projects in Texas, Massachusetts and New York.

  • Real Estate Disposition

    Assist a student housing developer in the sale of two projects in Houston, and one each in Fort Worth, Texas, and Bozeman, Montana.

  • Headquarters Disposition

    Assisted in representing a large restaurant food supply company in the sale of its Irving, Texas, headquarters, which included a lease back to the company until its new 165,000
