Dustin regularly represents both borrowers and lenders in connection with real estate financings, including mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and refinancings. He is experienced with the acquisition, disposition and development of office, multifamily, retail and hospitality properties.

Dustin also represents investors in complex real estate and development transactions involving public-private partnerships, EB-5 investments, tax credit finance (including New Markets Tax Credits and federal and state historic tax credits). Dustin has particular experience in private placement memorandums and formation of partnerships, limited liability companies and other operating and joint venture agreements.
