Overview

Liza is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including litigation related to the oil and gas industry. She is also experienced in handling cases involving breach of contract, business disputes, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, antitrust and real estate controversies. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Liza worked as a litigation associate at an international law firm based in Houston. After law school, Liza served as a law clerk for The Honorable Lynn N. Hughes in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, one of the nation’s busiest districts. Liza refined her legal writing and research skills by drafting opinions and orders on civil and criminal motions. She also gained experience assisting Judge Hughes during jury trials and bankruptcy appeals.
