Elvia’s practice focuses on business and family immigration, with an emphasis on executive and managerial personnel transfers, H-1B  visas for professional workers, employment- and family-based permanent immigration proceedings and employers’ I-9 compliance.

Elvia represents clients in a variety of industries, with a strong focus on the health care, construction, manufacturing, admiralty/maritime and technology industries. Most recently, she represented several hospital systems in obtaining a voluminous amount of work visas for hospital staff, including nurses, medical technologists and doctors.
