Erica’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including antitrust, health care and real estate litigation. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, discovery and dispositive motions, as well as guiding clients through arbitration.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Erica was an attorney in the Antitrust and Litigation sections at an international law firm in Washington, D.C. During law school, she clerked for the Department of Justice and also served as a student attorney at the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she represented low-income clients in wage and hour and unemployment compensation claims.
