Fareed’s practice is focused on representing businesses in commercial disputes, corporate transactions and bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, he acts as outside general counsel to companies needing assistance with routine legal matters.

Fareed has industry experience in hospitality, franchising, commercial real estate, healthcare and emerging technologies. His representative clients range from start-up businesses to matured companies either making successful private equity exits or needing financial restructuring.

Fareed previously clerked for the Honorable Paul Bonapfel and the Honorable Wendy Hagenau of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Prior to entering the practice of law, Fareed served as a math teacher with Teach For America.
