Gabby is a Litigation Paralegal in the Firm’s Houston office who is most active in the Firm’s Labor and Employment section. She regular assists on litigation matters involving employment disputes including compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime regulations and responses to charges of discrimination filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
When it comes to working on FLSA collective action cases, Gabby focuses on analyzing large data sets as well as managing the document review process in order to uncover trends and patterns. Gabby is also passionate about integrating technology into the legal workplace which also enables her to identify resources to help with work flow.
