Overview

Herbie is a complex commercial litigator with experience representing clients in both domestic arbitrations and jury trials.  He has litigated a wide-variety of commercial disputes and is well-versed in all aspects of discovery and motion practice, having taken and defended depositions, developed experts and argued dispositive motions before both courts and arbitration panels. 

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Herbie worked as an associate for an international law firm in its Houston office.
