She routinely negotiates and drafts construction and design contracts, and advises clients on issues related to architecture, engineering and construction. She has experience in a wide range of construction issues, including delay, impact or differing site conditions claims, as well as design and construction defects. Many of these matters involve mediation, litigation or arbitration.
