She represents commercial real estate investors, borrowers and developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of multifamily, hospitality, industrial, retail, and farm and ranch properties in Texas and across the country. Julia also represents real estate investors in transactions involving public-private partnerships, tax credit finance, state and local incentives, opportunity zones, traditional equity and debt financing.

She is a leader in real estate deals, from single asset acquisitions, to complex mixed-use developments, and her extensive title experience allows her to navigate and ensure the expeditious resolution of complicated due diligence issues that often arise. While guiding a transaction, she builds relationships with adverse parties and their counsel to make sure that the deal always gets done.

Julia is a native of Dallas, speaks Spanish and Italian, and enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and dog.
