Mark’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, offering clients experience on a variety of transactional matters. Mark also handles venture capital, financing and recapitalization transactions for his clients.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt’s Corporate & Securities practice group, Mark began his legal career as a litigator at Munsch Hardt with a primary focus on director & officer litigation, business divorce litigation and general business disputes. Mark completed a joint degree in Juris Doctor / Master of Business Administration at Baylor University, where he also served as Senior Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review.
Before law school, Mark served as an end user sales consultant for an international manufacturer of door hardware and access control systems with a primary focus on servicing large military, health care and educational institutions.
