Overview

Mark’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on securities litigation, director & officer litigation and general business disputes.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Mark clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Northern District of Texas and interned with Judge D’Metria Benson at the Dallas County Court at Law through the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Mark completed a joint degree in Juris Doctor / Master of Business Administration at Baylor University, where he also served as Senior Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review.

Before law school, Mark served as an end user sales consultant for an international manufacturer with a primary focus on servicing large military, health care and educational institutions.
