Overview

Michael primarily represents business and commercial real estate clients, with a concentration on entity formation and management, corporate governance and transactional due diligence, in connection with commercial loans. He provides assistance with mergers and acquisitions, conversions and dissolutions, nonprofit organizations and property associations, condominium and homeowner associations, annual franchise tax reporting issues, liquor licensing, zoning matters and business restructuring involving assets and property acquisition in the health care, senior nursing and assisted living, hospitality, restaurant and golf course industries.

Michael also frequently works on business entity matters with state agencies. Michael researches zoning and platting properties and certification of property tax, confirms property values with appraisal districts and records conveyance instruments.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Michael worked for the International Franchising Division for 7-Eleven Inc. and at another Dallas, Texas-based firm for several years.
