Nick's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on business disputes. 

Before joining Munsch Hardt, Nick clerked for Judge Melanie May at the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal. He also interned for Judge Lauren Louis at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and the largest law firm in the state of Florida. During law school, Nick served as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami International & Comparative Law Review, Dean's Fellow in Constitutional Law, Moot Court Board Member and Vice President of the Honor Council.

    Successfully argued a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction under the Florida Corporate Shield doctrine. 

  • Commercial Litigation

    Assisted in the representation of a client in a complex commerical dispute involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties and fraud.

  • Health Care Litigation

    Assisted in defending a client in an administrative proceeding involving claims under Fair Housing Act.
