Overview

Paul offers extensive first chair experience trying cases in state and federal court. The majority of Paul’s practice is in insurance coverage litigation and complex commercial litigation. In addition to the entire spectrum of insurance coverage issues and complex commercial litigation, he also works on a broad range of legal issues, including, subrogation, appeals, transportation, negligence and personal injury.

Paul, the son of a U.S. Army general, has lived throughout the United States and Europe. Following graduation from high school in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Paul returned to Texas and attended Texas A&M University where he received his B.A. in History. Paul attended the University of Houston Law Center, where he won multiple awards including induction into the Order of the Barons, graduating cum laude in 1998. Paul started his legal career as an Associate with Harrison Bettis, working his way up to the Partner level. He has spent his entire career with the Harrison Bettis team, which joined Munsch Hardt in 2014.
