With more than 40 years of legal experience, Peter focuses on business combinations, private equity and similar investments, complex financial and commercial transactions and general business matters. He has a broad range of expertise in financial transactions, securities law, corporate governance, complex merger and acquisition transactions, oil and gas transactions and hedge and private equity fund transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in other large law firms based in Dallas, Texas and New York, New York in addition to serving as General Counsel for an international oil company and an Internet services company, both of which were listed on national securities exchanges.
