Pooneh focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and labor and employment. Her diverse civil litigation experience includes representing clients in an array of commercial disputes, including actions for shareholder disputes, breach of contract, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duties and fraud in state and federal courts across the country. She also has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving employee agreements, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, discrimination, harassment and wage and hour disputes. Her clients range from individuals and small businesses to national and international companies across multiple industries, including real estate, health care, energy and insurance.

Pooneh enjoys learning the intricacies of her clients’ businesses and providing practical legal advice and strategies. Whether responding to an individual complaint or demand, interacting with regulatory authorities or litigating, Pooneh crafts strategies that align with her clients’ goals and delivers favorable results.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Pooneh worked as an associate at a national law firm in its Houston office. Outside the office Pooneh enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, attending Broadway shows and skiing.
