Spencer specializes in 1031 transactions and works closely with local government representatives to make certain real estate projects proceed as smoothly as possible. He ensures his clients’ projects have the support needed to be successful.

A graduate of SMU Dedman School of Law, Spencer was a Law Dean’s Scholarship Award Winner. He is fluent in Spanish and lives in Dallas with his wife, two sons and daughter.
