Teal’s practice focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions, including representing developers, borrowers and investors in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of multifamily, commercial and undeveloped properties.
She represents clients in the negotiation and preparation of contract and loan documents, as well as service contracts, development, reciprocal use, easement and other land use and operation agreements; review of title, survey, zoning, leases and other land use and due diligence items. Teal also has experience in preparing default and foreclosure documents.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Teal served as an attorney for a Dallas, Texas-based, corporate law firm.
