Overview

Tiffany’s practice focuses on representing homeowners, home builders, subcontractors, owners, suppliers, businesses and sureties in commercial litigation matters, with a focus on construction, employment and maritime disputes. She also has extensive experience in personal injury Jones Act trials and construction arbitrations, mediations and settlements. Most recently, Tiffany assisted in negotiating an advantageous settlement for a surety and a subcontractor in a $27 MM suit.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Tiffany was an attorney in the Construction, Surety and Litigation sections of a mid-size Houston-based law firm. Prior to law school, Tiffany managed escalations for national credit card banks and managed continuing education seminars in the insurance and risk management.
