Overview

With a broad background in complex litigation and arbitrations, Tracy’s experience includes litigating a variety of commercial, construction, and real estate disputes, as well as employment issues, in both state and federal courts in Texas and in other parts of the country. In her construction practice, Tracy focuses on representing owners in construction defect matters and contract disputes.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Tracy was a litigation associate in the New York and Texas offices of a renowned international law firm. Tracy also worked for a litigation boutique in Austin.

During law school, Tracy was a judicial intern for Former Chief Justice Marilyn Aboussie of the Third Court of Appeals in Austin, Texas. Tracy is currently President-Elect of the Travis County Women Lawyer’s Association and has served on the Board since 2014.

Tracy’s clients appreciate her responsiveness, as well as her desire to build lasting, personal relationships with her clients. By taking the time to develop a full understanding of their businesses and overall goals, she is able to efficiently develop custom litigation strategies for complex problems.

Tracy and her husband, Greg, have two children.

  • Arbitration

    Successfully obtained an arbitration award for a real estate investor and successfully fought the opposing party’s efforts to vacate the award.

  • Construction Litigation

    Successfully obtained a jury verdict for a hotel owner on a foundation defect case.

  • Arbitration

    Successfully obtained an arbitration award for the defense of an online university against a claim made by a former student.
