Overview
Amy's practice focuses on prosecution and defense of environmental litigation involving the Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA) as well as other local, state and federal environmental regulations. Her experience includes:
- Representation of the City of Dallas, as in-house counsel, in the prosecution and defense of environmental claims.
- Creation and supervision of the Dallas Environmental Enforcement Program.
- Advising clients concerning compliance with and enforcement of environmental regulations.
- Representation of clients in cases before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
