Greg’s legal practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation, with particular depth in the real estate and construction industries. He represents developers, property owners, manufacturers, retailers, grocers, restauranteurs, and investors in high-stakes disputes spanning breach of contract, defective design and construction, land use, condemnation, fiduciary duty, landlord/tenant, and partnership and joint-venture disputes. He regularly advises multifamily property management companies on tenant issues arising within their portfolios.

Greg has tried multi-week commercial cases to verdict, led contested arbitrations, navigated expedited proceedings in the Business Court of Texas, and negotiated high-value resolutions in condemnation and construction disputes. His matters regularly involve significant exposure, multiple parties, and layered procedural challenges, from receivership and discovery enforcement to complex insurance coverage issues. Whether pursuing claims on behalf of investors and developers or defending companies against multimillion-dollar demands, Greg consistently delivers results protecting his clients’ financial interests and business operations.

Greg is the immediate past Litigation Section Head, having served on the Firm’s Operations Committee for nearly 10 years. He and his family are passionate about Mesquite, Texas, where he serves on many local boards and is a former City Council Member. Greg and his wife, RaeJean, have three daughters.

    Following a three week jury trial, Greg received a take nothing defense verdict for a major construction company that was charged with being negligent in the safety
