Kristen is a seasoned litigator who represents employers in complex labor and employment disputes. Her practice spans a broad range of federal and state claims, including those arising under the FMLA, the FLSA, Title VII, the ADA, and ERISA. She regularly counsels and defends clients facing allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, employee misclassification, wage and hour violations, and unfair competition. She also has experience in defending against class and collective action litigation.
Before joining Munsch Hardt, Kristen spent more than a decade at a Dallas-based business litigation firm, where she represented clients across all phases of employment litigation.
