As Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt's Construction Law Practice Group, Logan represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction transactions and disputes. His practice spans the full life cycle of a construction project, from drafting and negotiating contracts to resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Logan regularly advises clients on construction contracts, payment disputes, mechanic's lien and bond claims, delay claims, construction and design defect claims, change order disputes, and other legal issues that arise during commercial construction projects.
Before joining Munsch Hardt, Logan served as in-house counsel for one of the nation's largest general contractors. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how construction projects are planned, staffed, and executed, and shapes the advice he provides to clients on both project development and dispute resolution.
