Houston Construction Shareholder Mason Hester will lead a panel presentation, including Judge Marialyn P. Barnard and Judge Stacy R. Sharp, of the Texas Business Court Fourth Division, at the upcoming State Bar of Texas Construction Law Conference on March 26 at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa. The panel will discuss “Texas Business Courts for Construction Lawyers,” including recent changes made to the Texas Business Courts by House Bill 40 in 2025. The Conference annually registers over 1,000 attendees from the state of Texas and other states. This is the seventh time the State Bar has asked Mason to speak at the Conference.

Mason is an Equity Shareholder and Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt’s Construction Practice Group, he is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he is an Honors graduate from the University of Texas School of Law and University of Texas.
