(HOUSTON) – Munsch Hardt is pleased to announce experienced real estate and construction litigator Sara Prasatik has joined the Firm’s Houston office as a Shareholder. Her addition further strengthens the Firm’s litigation bench and continues the strategic growth of its Houston office.
Prasatik represents clients in complex commercial disputes involving real estate development, investment, lending, construction, land use, and business partnership matters. She regularly advises developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and businesses through high-stakes disputes involving partnership conflicts, property management issues, restrictive covenants, liens, title disputes, and related commercial litigation.
Known for her thoughtful counsel and strategic advocacy, Prasatik guides clients through every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit strategy through trial and resolution, with a focus on protecting business interests and achieving practical outcomes aligned with long-term objectives.
“Sara brings a sophisticated real estate litigation practice and a strong reputation in the Houston market,” said Michael Harvey, Litigation Section Co-Chair. “Her experience handling complex disputes across the real estate industry complements the strength of our litigation and real estate practices and adds further depth to our capabilities across Texas.”
Prasatik’s background combines litigation experience with legislative and public policy work, providing clients with a broader perspective on the legal and operational issues that often accompany business disputes. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, she practiced real estate and construction litigation at a Houston-based law firm. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Harvey Brown of the Texas First Court of Appeals. Before entering private practice, Prasatik worked in Washington, D.C. as a legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator and for a Houston-based technology company.
“The opportunity to join Munsch Hardt’s robust litigation team and collaborate with attorneys across one of the strongest real estate platforms in Texas was incredibly appealing to me,” said Prasatik. “The Firm’s practical, business-focused approach aligns closely with how I serve clients, and I’m excited to contribute to its continued growth in Houston.”
Prasatik earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a B.A. from The George Washington University. She remains active in the Houston community through her support of Young Life and Young Lives student ministries.
