Overview

Claire is a complex commercial litigator, with an emphasis on real estate litigation. Her practice includes the representation of real estate developers, commercial landlords and tenants, investors, and related stakeholders in matters concerning eminent domain, lease disputes, breach of joint venture agreements, breach of contract issues, labor and employment, construction, and related litigation.

Claire is a trusted counselor for her clients and helps them navigate the myriad of legal issues that arise in the course of business.  Her clients appreciate her creativity and efficiency in resolving their problems, both inside and out of the courtroom, because it lets them focus on their core business and minimize legal distractions. 

Part of Claire’s success comes from always being prepared for and never hesitating to bring a case to trial. She has extensive experience in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration.  Her trial and arbitration experience gives her clients a material advantage.

Claire currently serves as a member of Munsch Hardt's Diversity Committee and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Group.
