Overview

Garrick’s practice focuses on complex corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters, as well as financial transactions and complex commercial litigation. He represents debtors, creditors, committees, trustees, lenders, third-party purchasers and equity sponsors in a range of out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy cases, distressed asset acquisitions and insolvency litigation. He has represented clients in complex Chapter 7 and 11 cases, as well as in contested matters and adversary proceedings before the state, bankruptcy and federal district courts. Garrick has worked with a wide variety of clients, including those in the energy, oil and gas, financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, retail, food service, health care and technology industries.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, he was a member of the restructuring and reorganization practice group at a large international law firm.
