Kristy is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Immigration practice and has a wide range of experience representing corporate clients of various sizes, from start-up enterprises to Fortune 500 companies, in industries including health care, information technology, construction, transportation and oil and gas.
Kristy received her Juris Doctor from Texas A&M University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and served in leadership positions for the Asian Pacific American Student Association, Student Bar Association, and Delta Theta Phi. Kristy was a 2020 selection for the Dallas Women Lawyers Association Leadership Class and the recipient of the 2020 Dallas Asian American Bar Association’s Taryn Vu Memorial Scholarship. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Kristy gained in-house experience as an intern with Ben E. Keith Corporation, a food and beverage distribution company, and People Performances Resources, a Human Resources consulting firm. She also clerked with Pearl Law Group (San Francisco, CA) and clerked and served as a paralegal and HR Immigration Coordinator at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy (Santa Clara, CA and Dallas, TX). Kristy is a member of the Dallas LGBT Bar Association and speaks fluent Vietnamese. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
