Parker is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate governance. He regularly represents both public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Parker provides his clients with business-minded guidance on matters from their inception through closing.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Parker worked at a leading international firm, where he represented public and private companies in a variety of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. As a former collegiate football player, in his free time Parker enjoys cheering on his alma mater, Southern Methodist University.
