Overview

Zach is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with deposition and mediation experience. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, at all stages of litigation. Zach’s practice focuses on commercial litigation across a variety of industries, and he has experience advising clients in matters involving arbitration, business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, real estate litigation, and governmental investigations in both federal and state courts throughout Texas.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Zach gained valuable experience serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sharon Keller in the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and working as an assistant criminal district attorney at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s office. In addition, he has dedicated hundreds of hours to work on pro bono matters for clients.

Zach attended Texas A&M University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and in the top 5% of his class. During law school, Zach participated as an Oralist at the Chicago Bar Association National Moot Court Competition and served as Articles Editor for the Texas A&M Law Review.
