The impact of COVID-19 for Healthcare and Housing Providers was felt not just simply by bottom line revenue, but more so the course of the way we do business and the future risks involved.  From day to day operational changes due to regulation changes, to impacts arriving from stimulus funds, providers need to be prepared to react proactively and nimbly.  This presentation give insight into how to best prepare operationally and financially so that your organization is compliant, can prevent risk and hold onto the stimulus funds being granted.

  • Identify operational outcomes such as how the admission processes are changing and how the current situation will affect staffing.     
  • Discuss financial outcomes, legal implication for federal assistance program, updates on HHS, PPP, and HUD money, and the ever-changing control policies and procedures.
