This publication includes research and analysis of recent important construction opinions, as well as brief notes related to the significance and/or key issues addressed in each matter. "The Change Order" is sponsored by the Construction Section of the State Bar of Texas and is distributed to its approximately 2,500 members via email, as well as being published for members on the Section website.
