(Munsch Hardt) represented Premier Outdoor Media and Caruth Capital Partners in the successful sale of Premier’s out-of-home advertising assets to Lamar Advertising Company (NASDAQ: LAMR). The strategic all-cash transaction involved the transfer of nearly 200 billboards – 45 of which are digital – across key Northeast markets and enhancing Lamar’s inventory in the region.
Munsch Hardt’s Corporate and M&A teams, led by attorneys with deep experience in private equity transactions, provided comprehensive legal support throughout the deal, including structuring, negotiations and closing. Corporate Shareholders Mike Hainsfurther and Nicole Manley led the Munsch Hardt team in the transaction, which included Shareholders Bill Finegan and Chris Speer and Associates Taylor Nall, and Kala Simpson.
