Chief Judge David C. Godbey has appointed Randall Miller to the merit selection panel for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. The panel is to assist in determining whether to reappoint Judge Rebecca Rutherford, Judge Jeffrey L. Cureton and Judge Renée Harris Toliver to new eight-year terms.
