Houston Construction Shareholder Mason Hester, along with Judge Marialyn P. Barnard and Judge Stacy R. Sharp, of the Texas Business Court Fourth Division, will speak at the upcoming State Bar of Texas Construction Law Conference in San Antonio on March 26 at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa. The panel will discuss the topic of “Texas Business Courts for Construction Lawyers,” including recent changes made to the Texas Business Courts by House Bill 40 in 2025. The Conference registers over 1,000 attendees from the state of Texas and other states. 

Mason is an Equity Shareholder and Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt’s Construction Practice Group, he is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and he is an Honors graduate from the University of Texas School of Law and University of Texas.
